How does it work?
The company packages the online shopping or meal boxes using the specially developed coolboxes and accompanying seal strips provided by PostNL. The food boxes are consolidated and sorted at PostNL’s sorting centre in Belgium on the same day. Our specially trained food drivers deliver all of the meal boxes and online shopping between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. What if the customer is not at home? We will deliver the food boxes to a neighbour or try to contact the customer by telephone to make other arrangements.
- Time window of 1 hour
The customer is notified of the delivery time (email and SMS text messages).
- Specially developed coolboxes
The coolboxes have been specially developed by Wageningen University and can be used for both chilled and deep-frozen products.
- Track & Trace
Both you and your customer can accompany the food box every step along the way, from receipt of notification to delivery.
- Temperature & hygiene
The food boxes are sealed throughout the entire process. The seal is only removed when the delivery driver arrives at the customer’s home. This enables us to monitor the temperature and to maintain food hygiene.
