Why a new site?
It matches the new Belgian structure, which has been active since January. “The new structure enables us to provide the optimum response to our Belgian customers’ needs.” said Rudy van Rillaer (Director PostNL Belgium). This new website takes us one step closer to the 2020 ambition of ensuring that PostNL Belgium occupies a pole position in the Belgian market. We aim to be the leading provider of all logistics solutions in specific markets.
More than just a new look...
Of course the website hasn’t been updated just for its appearance. There’s more than just a new look to the website, with visitor experience now being central. Instead of overwhelming visitors with information, there’s a focus on simplicity and clarity. Various sections are accommodated within the main menu ‘send, receive and return mail items’. So you can find what you’re looking for immediately.
For instance, an interactive flow has been created under ‘send’. This helps you find the most suitable shipment product in just a few mouse clicks. Whether you’re sending a standard parcel, furniture, valuable products, international mail or pharmaceutical goods, PostNL in Belgium has just what you’re looking for.
The new website is also responsive: whether viewing via desktop, tablet or smartphone, the website adapts to every device. This means your recipients can easily track & trace their parcel via smartphone.
If something is still unclear or you’re unable to find the right information immediately, there’s a search function on the home page. This will give you an immediate overview of all pages on the website that are relevant for your search word(s).
What do you think?
Of course, we really invested a lot of time in doing a good job when building the site. But now the big moment has finally arrived, and we’re extremely curious about your opinion and response. What do you think of the new website?
Feel free to click around our site, search, read and discover and share your experiences with us. Let us know what you think at firstname.lastname@example.org. We greatly appreciate your feedback!
