Select your desired delivery time

With this shipment service, you as a private recipient can change your delivery details up to 10:00pm. You can do so with the ‘not-at-home-code’. The delivery driver will leave this code if the recipient is not home on the first delivery attempt. With PostNL, you can choose the delivery on your preferred day.

  • Options: deliver on your preferred day 
  • Saved for you at a PostNL-loocation for seven days
  • PostNL-locations: also open on Saturday
Nothing. This extra service is entirely free of charge.

Easy, online in four steps:

  1. If you are not at home, our delivery driver will leave a note in the letterbox with your not-at-home-code. 
  2. Go to the track & trace module and enter your not-at-home code and postcode
  3. Change the delivery details to match your preferred day and select your address
  4. Confirm your changes with your e-mail address.
