How do I change my delivery?

You can change your delivery via Track & Trace. When you input your not-at-home code and postal code, you will get an overview of where your package is located. It is there you can change your delivery by filling in a different delivery day or PostNL location of your choice.

Can I change both the delivery day and the PostNL location?

No, you can only change one. You can change your choice several times up until 10:00 pm of the day of the first unsuccessful delivery attempt. The last choice determines the delivery method. PostNL will send a confirmation email containing the changed delivery details.
