According to authorities, the virus is not transmitted through parcels. We therefore deliver parcels and other shipments to our customers as usual. In so doing, we also contribute to maintaining the usual social intercourse as much as possible.
We follow all government guidelines and take hygiene measures to prevent the virus from spreading further. We make sure that our employees know what they need to do to stay healthy and work as safely as possible.
Consult the track & trace information or go to postnl.be for recent information about your package.
Simply show your ID card to the employee so that he can note down the last 3 digits of your national register number. Our employee will also take down your name. So you do not have to sign anything.
In such a case, your parcel will be returned to the sender.
You can have someone else pick it up. He or she must bring a valid identification document (not a copy) and be able to provide the track & trace code and your address
As per Monday, March 16, you do not have to take hold of the scanning device that the deliverer carries with him/her. The PostNL deliverer will sign for your parcel on your behalf, after you give your explicit permission. He/she will ask you for the last 3 digits of your ‘rijksregisternummer’ so that it can be noted in the signature field.
You will find the latest information about receiving parcels on our website postnl.be. You can follow changes to the status of your parcel in your track & trace overview or on postnl.be.
