Niet thuis als je pakket bezorgd wordt?

Ben je niet thuis als we je pakket komen bezorgen? Of heb je de bezorger gemist? Dan kun je het volgende doen:

Not at home for the first delivery attempt

The courier will then try to deliver your package to a neighbour. If this does not work, the courier will leave a card with a “not-at-home code”. This code allows you to choose a new delivery time yourself. This is possible until 10:00 pm. If you do nothing, we will visit you again on the next delivery day (Monday to Saturday).

Not at home for the second delivery attempt

The courier will leave a card with you on this occasion as well. This will show you where you can pick up your package. You can also find this information on Track & Trace.

Was your package delivered to a PostNL location?

We will keep your package seven days at a PostNL-location. After that we will send it back to the sender.
