Unable to log in or another problem with your PostNL account? Here below we list a number of solutions for you.
On the log in page click ‘Forgot your password?’ and enter the e-mail address you used to create your account. You will receive an e-mail with a link. This link allows you to set a new password.
Your user name is the e-mail address you used to create your account. Did you forget your e-mail address? If so, you can create a new account.
Are you sure you entered your e-mail address and password correctly (and that Caps Lock is not on)? Find out above what you can do if you forgot your password or e-mail address.
It can take up to 10 minutes at most before you receive an activation e-mail. It is sent to the e-mail address you used to create your account.
Still no activation mail after 10 minutes? It might be in your unwanted e-mail folder (spam or junk mail). If not, our customer service will gladly help you. Use the contact options below to contact us.
This makes no difference for your account. You can still log in with your old e-mail address, and change your login data using the ‘Change data’ button.
If you see this message it means we already sent you an activation mail. Check whether you can find this mail and click the link to activate your account.
If you are unable to, you can create a new account . You can use the same e-mail address you entered the first time.
Sometimes cookies and/or browser settings can cause problems with our website which means you are unable to log in. Delete your cookies and browser history and try again. No change? Check the settings of your computer, mobile or tablet. Sometimes it also helps to log in with a different browser, such as Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer.
