I want to file a complaint, how do I do that?

Did something go wrong with the delivery of your package? It is logical for you to be unhappy with this. We will solve the problem as quickly as we can. You can notify us of your complaint via the contact options below 

How quickly will complaints be resolved?

That depends on the type of complaint. For example, finding a package in a foreign country often takes more time than in Belgium. Once we have received your complaint, we will let you know what we are going to do to resolve it and how long it will take.
