Nothing. This extra service is entirely free of charge.
How does it work?
Easy, online in four steps:
- If you are not at home, our delivery driver will leave a note in the letterbox with your not-at-home-code.
- Go to the Track & Trace module and enter your not-at-home code and postcode
- Change the delivery details to match your preferred day and select your address or one of our PostNL Locations.
- Confirm your changes with your e-mail address.
