When will your parcel arrive?

Are you expecting domestic mail? With your postcode and barcode, you can directly track the location of your parcel. The sender enters the shipping options for your parcel.

Expecting a pharmaceutical shipment? Go to GDP Standard, GDP 2-8°C or GDP 15-25°C.

Expecting goods that also need to be installed? Go to Extra@Home

The benefits of receiving a parcel from Belgium

 
  • Delivery Monday-Saturday 
  • If not at home, we will keep your parcel at a nearby PostNL-location for seven days
  • You can choose to have your parcel directly delivered at one of the many PostNL-points* (standard delivery time is 48hrs) 
 
* only available if the web shop where you ordered offers this as delivery option.

How does it work?

Not at home when the delivery driver is set to arrive? Perhaps your neighbours are home and can accept your parcel on your behalf. If not, we will take your parcel to the nearest PostNL point where it will be held for you for 7 days.

  • Maximum weight per parcel: 20 kg 
  • Maximum dimensions per parcel: 100 x 70 x 50 cm
