PostNL points are locations near you where you can arrange sending and receiving parcels. You can find these points, for example, in newsagents, supermarkets or mobile phone shops.
How do I recognise a PostNL point?
You can recognise PostNL points by the PostNL sticker on the door or window. Sometimes our points also have a sign or flag with the PostNL logo outside.
What can I do at a PostNL point?
At PostNL points, you can collect, send and return parcels. You can also have your shipping label printed there.
