I have a complaint about the courier, what do I do?

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your courier. This may be because, for example, the courier: 

  • was too late (or too early) 
  • did not leave a “not-at-home” card 
  • did not ring the bell while you were home 
  • left your package in an unsafe place 
  • was unfriendly or rude 

If you want, you can submit a complaint below. This will help us ensure it does not happen again.
