Can I choose where and when my package will be delivered?

We always aim to deliver your parcel at your home address. If you are not at home, we try to deliver it to a neighbour. Otherwise it is delivered to a PostNL point near you. Some webshops do offer the choice of delivering your parcel straight to a PostNL point.
