We are available by telephone Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
If the shipment has not yet been announced to PostNL by the shipper, but you have already received a Track & Trace code from the webshop where you placed your order, you can keep the Track & Trace code.
As soon as we receive an announcement from the shipper, you can follow your shipment via Track & Trace by entering your barcode.
