How does it work?

As the sender, you choose which options you want to offer your customers. Our delivery person stops by once as part of our standard service. If your customer is not at home, we will see if their neighbours can accept delivery of the parcel. If not, we take the parcel to the nearest PostNL location.
We will notify your customer of the location of their parcel
They have seven days to collect it.

You can choose to have parcels delivered only to your customer and not with the neighbours. You can also opt for signature on delivery, so that someone always personally signs upon delivery.

The price per parcel depends on the weight (max. 30 kg per parcel), and the size (max. 100 x 70 x 50 cm per parcel) and the number of parcels per year.
