  • The recipient chooses the delivery time

    The recipient customer chooses the delivery time and they can follow the delivery driver live using Track & Trace.

  • Customer convenience

    Your consumer does not have to provide a van or lug a big seat. We deliver it nicely to their homes. We also recycle the packaging material.

  • Multi-lingual customer service

    If the recipient is absent or there are other problems, our customer service can help you in Dutch, French or English.

How does Extra@Home work?

    Select a date

    You or your customer selects the delivery date with the online delivery calendar.

    Day of delivery

    On delivery day you will receive a delivery time indication with a three-hour window.

    Follow online

    In the meantime, you or your customer can use the online Track & Trace to follow your

    shipment, see who the delivery driver is, and what time the driver is expected to arrive.

    We’re here!

    The goods are delivered to the consumer's home. Convenient right?!
