Can I have a package delivered to a PostNL location?

After the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, you can choose to have your package delivered to a PostNL location of your choice in Belgium. You can let us know about this on our website using your not-at-home code. You can find the code on the not-at-home note the driver leaves behind. This service is free to use in Belgium.

Is your package shipping from the Netherlands?

In some cases, you can choose to have your package delivered to one of the 1,000 PostNL locations. This is only possible if the webshop you order the item from offers this option.
