Change or remove PostNL account

With your PostNL account you have all your data in one place. It is also possible to easily change your data or remove your account: 

  • Log in to your PostNL account with your e-mail address and password, and click ‘Change data’.
  • You can also change various data, such as:
    • Personal data (name, address, phone number) 
    • Login data (e-mail address and password) 
    • Add an extra e-mail address 
    • Remove a PostNL account
