Can I choose where and when my parcel is delivered?

Yes, you can choose where your parcel is delivered. You do this in your PostNL Account by setting your delivery preferences. If these are not set, we will first try to deliver your parcel to your home address. If that is not possible, the delivery driver will try to deliver it to one of your neighbours. If that also fails, your parcel will be taken to a PostNL pick-up point near you. 

Some webshops also allow you to choose direct delivery to a PostNL pick-up point so you can collect it there. When setting your delivery preferences, you can select your favourite PostNL pick-up point.
