Will you be at home when your package is due to be delivered?

We will deliver your parcel to a PostNL point close to you. The app and track & trace will show you where we delivered your parcel. Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to choose your own PostNL point.

Eventually, you will also be able to choose your own PostNL point, but that's still a while away!
