There was nobody home to receive the parcel. What now?

Were you not at home when we attempted delivery, or did you miss the delivery driver? Then the following applies:

If you were not at home during the delivery attempt and no delivery preferences were set, the driver will first try to deliver your parcel to a neighbour. If that is not possible, the driver will leave a card with a ‘not-at-home code’. Using this code, you can check via Track & Trace at which PostNL pick-up point your parcel has been delivered.

If you have set delivery preferences in your PostNL account, the delivery driver will know exactly what to do if you are not at home.

Which PostNL point will my parcel go to?

We take your parcel to a PostNL pick-up point near you. In the app and via Track & Trace, you can see where your parcel has been delivered.

When setting your delivery preferences, you can also choose a PostNL pick-up point yourself.
