Sending returns

I want to return a package, how do I do that?

There are two options for this:

  • Option 1: Register the return with the webshop where you made your purchase. The webshop will then register the return shipment with us. The webshop will then send a PDF return label to you by e-mail. 
  • Option 2: The package already contains a return label to stick on your return shipment
For both options, drop your return off at a PostNL location; you can then follow it via Track & Trace.

Look in the Location Guide for the nearest PostNL location.

Do you, or the recipient of your parcel wish to return an Online Shipping Parcel? Then you need to create a new label on www.onlineverzendservice.be After payment you can print your label and stick this on the parcel you wish to return. You then drop it off at a PostNL Location near you and the parcel will be returned to its sender.

Note: The return address on the label must be that of the sender and not PostNL’s address.
