How can I return an online shipping service parcel?

Do you, or the recipient of your parcel wish to return an online shipping parcel? Then you need to create a new label on our onlineverzendservice website. After payment you can print your label and attach the label to the parcel you wish to return. You then drop it off at a PostNL location near you. The parcel shall be returned to its sender.

Note: The return address on the label must be that of the sender and not of PostNL.
