Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a barcode and a not-at-home code?

A barcode is a unique code (starting with '3S' or 'CD') that you receive as soon as the sender has sent your package. This allows both recipient and shipper to go online and monitor the status of the package, as well as to see when the package has been delivered.

The not-at-home code will be given to you by the courier if he/she is unable to deliver your package at the first attempt. This code can be used by you as the recipient to choose where and when you want to receive your package.
