Package not (yet) delivered

If your package has not yet been delivered, you can do the following:

Go to track & trace or log in to your account. Enter the track & trace code and your postal code. You usually get the track & trace code from the sender. Did you buy something on the Internet? Then you will often receive an e-mail with a direct link. Are you the sender? You will find the track & trace code and the recipient's postal code on the proof of posting that you receive when you drop off your package at a PostNL location (if sent via Online Sending).

Then the parcel was probably delivered to your neighbors or a PostNL location near you. In that case, the courier will leave a card indicating the address where the parcel was delivered. It is also possible that your package was received by a housemate.

Does your package have a different status?

To be on the safe side, wait a little longer. We usually deliver packages on the next delivery day (Monday through Saturday), but always within two delivery days. So there's a good chance your package will still be delivered.

Then you can contact our customer service department using the options below. Our colleagues will see if they can find your package. Are you the recipient of the parcel? Ask the sender to contact us. The sender has all the information we need to start an investigation.
