How does it work?

  1. 1

    Choose your pick-up point

    During the order process, Belgian consumers can select the option pick up their parcel at a PostNL location in Belgium. 
  2. 2

    Notification of parcel delivery

    If the consumer has provided an email address for advance notification (strongly advised!), they will receive an automatic notification the moment their parcel arrives at the PostNL point. 
  3. 3

    Return to sender

    If the parcel is not picked up within seven days, it will be returned to sender. 

Conditions

  • The recipient of the parcel needs to show their ID in order to pick up their parcel.
  • This delivery option has a standard delivery time of 24 hours.
  • Only available for parcels from The Netherlands and Belgium.
