When will Extra@Home deliver my order?

You will receive an e-mail from us when the time comes (usually the evening or night before), stating the time period in which our delivery driver will pass by. We will also send you an sms in the morning of the day itself. What time will the delivery driver be at your door? We cannot say for sure. Some orders are simply delivered faster than others. Our schedule is therefore based on an average, as is the time period indicated in the e-mail.
