How does the parcel locker work?
With the parcel locker, you can send and receive parcels 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On this page, we explain how to use it.
How does collection via a parcel locker work?

Select ‘Collect at a PostNL point’ in the webshop
You’ll automatically see all lockers near you. Choose the locker where you want to collect your parcel.

You’ll receive a code when your parcel is ready for collection
Enter the code on the locker screen to take out your parcel.

Take your parcel from the locker and you’re all set!
Tip: want to have all your parcels delivered to the locker? Set it as your delivery preference. You can do this very easily in your PostNL account or in the app. Even better: you can now choose your favourite locker yourself! How great is that?
How does sending via a parcel locker work?

Print the shipping label and stick it on your parcel
Don’t have a shipping label yet? You can buy a shipping label online.

Open the PostNL app. Go to your account and scan the QR code of your PostNL ID

Place your parcel in the compartment
Please note: 1 parcel per compartment!

Close the door again. Done!
We’ll send you a proof of deposit by email.
Almost all parcels! Your parcel may be up to 61 x 52.5 x 41 cm in size and weigh up to 23 kg.
In principle, these can also be placed in the locker, although this may vary by webshop.
This means we still need to check a few details in your PostNL account. You can easily arrange this in the app.

You don’t need your PostNL ID when collecting a parcel. Only when you want to send something.
Track & trace will show you whether your parcel is already ready for collection in the locker.
