Will my package be delivered to my home, or should I pick it up at a PostNL point?

We always try to deliver your parcel to your home first, unless you have indicated otherwise in your delivery preferences. If no delivery preferences are set and nobody is home, we will try to deliver the parcel to a neighbour. 

If that is not possible, your parcel will be taken to a PostNL pick-up point nearby. The delivery driver will leave a card indicating where you can collect your parcel. This information is also available via Track & Trace.
