Will my package be delivered to my home, or should I pick it up at a PostNL location?

We will always try to deliver your package to your home. If no one is home to receive the package, we will try to deliver it to a neighbour. After two delivery attempts, we will take your package to a PostNL location nearby. The courier will then leave a card behind for you. This will show you where you can pick up your package. You can also find this information on Track & Trace.
