You will receive your invoice every two weeks. We prepare invoices on Tuesdays for the previous two weeks. If you have made different arrangements with us, the invoicing frequency may be different.
Yes. Log in to My PostNL Business and go to:
‘My account’ > ‘Company details’ > ‘Administrative and invoice details’ > ‘Receive invoices via’ > ‘Change’
Then indicate that you would like to receive your invoice by email.
If this does not work, contact the administrator of the My PostNL Business account within your organisation. You can also find the administrator in My PostNL Business under:
‘My account’ > ‘Company details’ > ‘Administrators and access’

Invoice period means the week or month to which the invoice relates. This period is shown on every invoice.
Do you have multiple locations? Then you will receive one invoice for all customer numbers. The details per customer number can be found in My PostNL Business.
You always pay by direct debit.

We do not send a separate corrective invoice. Any settlements can be found on your next invoice or in My PostNL Business. Any credit will be transferred within your payment term.
Some parcels are not suitable for our sorting machines. We charge a €4.95 surcharge for manual processing. This applies to:
This surcharge applies when you send parcels or mailbox parcels that are larger and/or heavier than allowed under the product conditions. You can find the surcharges in the table below.

For parcels and Mailbox Parcels+ sent during the ‘peak period’, a surcharge applies per item. PostNL announces the exact dates of the peak period every year before 1 June.
