Organise your returns in one of these ways
With a return label on request
You send a return label to your customer when they indicate they want to return a shipment.
With a return label in the box
You send a return label directly with the order to your customer in the box. Your customer can then hand in the parcel directly at a PostNL point.
With a Back-and-Forth-label
Your shipping label is also your return label. All you have to do is give permission in Mijn PostNL Business

Choose return option
Choose return label on demand, a standard return label in the box or the round trip label.

Take it to a PostNL point
Your customer prepares the package for shipment and takes it to one of the PostNL points throughout Belgium. These are easy to find in the location finder. - 3
Sent within 48 hours
The returned parcel is shipped back to you through our Belgian network within 48 hours.
Conditions
These are the conditions for the Belgian returns service
- Max. 30 kg per parcel
- Max. 175 x 58 x 78 cm per parcel
- The recipient sticks the return label on the parcel and takes it to a PostNL point.
