We are available by telephone Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Will you not be home when we come to deliver your package? Or did you miss the courier? If either is true, you can try one of the following:
The deliverer will then try to deliver your package to a neighbour. If this does not work, the courier will leave a card with a “not-at-home code”. This code allows you to see at which PostNL point your parcel is delivered. You can find this easily via the track & trace overview.
We will keep your package seven days at a PostNL-location. After that we will send it back to the sender.
