Why can't I print?

If you get an error message from the printer, please check that the printer is correctly connected and installed. If you are unable to print the PDF file, please contact the PostNL Belgium customer service.

Why can't I pay?

If you get a malfunction during the payment process, please wait a few minutes. Then check whether the error has been resolved. If the error is still not resolved, you can contact the PostNL Belgium customer service.

I have entered a wrong address but have not paid yet.

If you have not yet paid, you can still modify your shipment. If you have already paid, the details are already in our shipping software and cannot be changed. PostNL is not responsible for incorrect address details.
