How do I offer my clients a return service in Belgium?

If you choose to make use of this service, you will receive return labels from us. And in the event of a return, your customer will request the return label from you. They may also use the return label already included in the package. It is up to you to choose whether you send the return label with the items or not.  

Your customer will drop off the package ready for shipment to one of the PostNL locations throughout Belgium. The returned package will be shipped via our Belgian network within 48 hours.
