My package was damaged when it was delivered to the recipient, can I get compensation?

It is a shame to hear your package has been damaged. Whether you are eligible for compensation depends on the shipping method.

Uninsured shipping

Uninsured packages are not eligible for compensation. You can, of course, report the damage to us using the contact options below. This will help us prevent it from happening again.

Insured shipping

If you sent the package with one of the following shipping options, you may be eligible for compensation:

  • Registered
  • Insured service
  • Payment service

The amount of compensation depends on the value of the package contents and the chosen shipping option.

Pay attention: In order to be eligible for compensation, you must report the damage within seven days of delivery (except Sundays and public holidays). You can use the contact options below.
